Felicity is an English actress known for her performance as Jane Hawking, the protagonist in The Theory of Everything. Jones is acting since she was twelve, has appeared in many TV series and movies. Her career began with The television film The Treasure Seekers. Later, in The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters, which was a sequel to The Worst Witch. In her first feature film Flashbacks of a Fool (which she starred in), Young Ruth, she continued to act in various other movies. She gained popularity for her performance in films like The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The role she played for the character of The Theory of Everything earned her an Oscar nod for the first. The biopic is based on the life of physicist Stephen Hawking, and Jones was adored by both viewers and critics for her flawless portrayal of Hawking's first wife. The film was followed by Inferno an action film starring Tom Hanks. Jones won an award called the British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, for her exceptional talent and contribution.
